You hereby assign to us all rights in the Feedback, and we have the freedom to use, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute, and exploit this Feedback without any obligation or restriction due to intellectual property rights or otherwise.
These Terms of Service grant you a personal, non-commercial use license for Lazy Buns Online. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited to gameplay use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from Lazy Buns Online. No commercial use is permitted. No rights, title, or interests in Lazy Buns Online are transferred to you, and all unexpressed rights are reserved by Snabb Technologies S.L. We at Lazy Buns Online recognize the value of a vibrant, engaged community.
Therefore, we grant each user ("Broadcasting User") a limited,
revocable, royalty-free license to broadcast their unique gameplay,
including sounds and music from the game ("Broadcasted Content").
Users involved in gameplay implicitly grant nonexclusive performance
rights for their participation in Broadcasted Content, unless they opt
out. Opt-out can be communicated through written notice. Upon
receiving an opt-out notice, the Broadcasting User must remove or
modify the content to exclude the user who opted out.
This license is subject to the following conditions:
(a) Broadcasting Users may distribute Broadcasted Content on
platforms where it is freely accessible.
(b) Acceptable Broadcasted Content includes let’s play videos,
tutorials, reviews, and other similar content with your commentary.
(c) All Broadcasted Content must adhere to these Terms of
Service, any applicable End User License Agreement (“EULA”), and our
Privacy Policy.
(d) Unauthorized or leaked content of Lazy Buns Online cannot be
disclosed.
(e) Monetization of Broadcasted Content is allowed through
partner programs/advertising as long as it remains free to the
public.
(f) Broadcasting Users are liable for ensuring their content
and its monetization comply with all laws and policies.
(g) We reserve the right to revoke broadcasting licenses at any
time without notice
You may use Lazy Buns Online only for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
(a) Use Lazy Buns Online in any way that violates laws, exploits or
harms others, send unsolicited material, or impersonate others.
(b) Submit or link to harmful or illegal content within the
Game.
(c) Violate others' rights, including privacy and intellectual

(l) Attempt unauthorized access or disruption of the Game.
(m) Engage in denial-of-service attacks.
(n) Attempt to interfere with the Game's functioning.(o)
Encourage or assist others in these activities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information available through Lazy Buns Online. Reliance on such information is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for reliance on such materials by any user of Lazy Buns Online.
We may modify or withdraw Lazy Buns Online at our discretion without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the game. We are not obligated to support previous versions upon updates or new feature implementations.

UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SNABB TECHNOLOGIES S.L., ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LAZY BUNS ONLINE. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SUCH AS PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, BREACH OF RIGHTS, OR DATA. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT TO EXCEED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00 USD).
You agree to defend and indemnify Snabb Technologies S.L. and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of Lazy Ass or violation of these Terms of Service.
Additional terms for users who installed Lazy Buns Online via the iOS App
Store:
(a) Apple is not responsible for Lazy Buns Online or its content.
(b) Usage of Lazy Buns Online must comply with Apple's usage rules and
the iOS App Store terms.
(c) The license for Lazy Buns Online is non-transferable and limited to
iOS devices you own or control.
(d) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
for Lazy Buns Online.
(e) Apple is not liable for any warranties and may refund the
purchase price for non-conforming products.
(f) Snabb Technologies S.L. is responsible for addressing any
legal or regulatory claims related to Lazy Buns Online.
(g) You must comply with all applicable laws and not be subject
to U.S. government restrictions.
(h) Follow all relevant third-party terms while using Lazy
Ass.
(i) Apple and its subsidiaries have the right to enforce these
Terms as third-party beneficiaries.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of Lazy Buns Online at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect, including Sections 6 , 7 , 12 , 14 , 18 , 19 , and 20.
All matters related to Lazy Buns Online and these Terms of Service will be governed by Swedish law. Any legal proceedings must occur in Stockholms Tingsrätt, Sweden. You waive objections to this jurisdiction and venue.
Any failure to enforce a right under these Terms of Service does not waive that right. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, with remaining provisions in full effect.
These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any End-User License Agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and Snabb Technologies S.L. regarding Lazy Buns Online.
